Ugh, holiday is coming up and I don't want to blow it by pigging out at barbeque parties. I'm doing pretty good this week despite the minor indescretion of cheesecake which put me over my RDI but only noticed a 0.8 lb. gain the next day.

I didn't get enough water in today and don't want to tank up right before bedtime, either. Gotta get my act together!

There will always be holidays, birthdays, weddings and various other occasions that tempt you to overeat. Some poeple cut their calorie count for a few days before and use those days as spike days, me I'm just happy to maintain through them.

I hear you! Dinners will be the hardest for me, so I am actually bringing my blender to the cabin/rv site where we are staying 5 days so that I can make green smoothies for lunch, which really cuts my daily calories. I also have a cooler full of healthy food and drinks. I know there will be temptations, so my strategy is to have only my favorite things (eg skip potato salad, but have some ribs) and to limit the portion size and avoid drinking calories.
