I have been fasting the past few days and lost a lot of weight. Today I decided I will give myself a break and have a cheat day. I only had fruits for breakfast so I can really go in for lunch and dinner. I'm most likely going to gain weight but that's okay. I no longer weight myself and mainly go off how I look and fit into my clothes. Tomorrow I won't fast anymore but I will continue to watch what I eat.
