I am a 44 year old Mom of 2. I've been married for 23 years. I am Type II Diabetic--diagnosed in 1998. Insulin dependent with worsening cardiac issues. working 40 hours a week with little to no time off. Eating processed foods as staples. No water. No exercise. Smoker. Just told that my cholesterol and triglycerides are off the chain. Time to refocus. Just keep swimming!!!!
