I am in my 40's and after relocating for new job training I am ready to tackle the weight issue no matter how long it takes. I love hiking and exploring and hope to make friends with my body and food so that I can permanently retire from fad dieting. Being a stress eater, I am working to find other ways to deal with stress that are more beneficial to my whole self.
