I’ve always been a bigger guy. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight in the past but have gained it back several times. In 2018, FatSecret helped me drop 80 lbs or so and now I’m back, counting again to drop sixty pounds. I was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and it was a bit of a wake up call.
