meu nome é maria cristina tenho 33 anos 1,70 e atualmente peso 109kg
sou casada e tenho uma filha de 12 anos. Sempre fui cheínha mas depois que tive minha filha a luta contra a balança aumentou muito.
estou aqui tentando me reeducar e conseguir emagrecer, tenho dificuldades porque sou uma pessoa muito ansiosa e quero resultados imediatos :(
