I'm 36, mildly overweight and not happy about it. I'm 5'5 weight 155 and would like to drop down to 120. I've set some small goals for the first few months of 2010. 1) Be active, try to do something daily. 2) Eat mostly whole foods, limit sweets to twice a month. 3) Lose weight and keep it off. Its sounds so simple but, not sure if it is when actions are put forth, but I am going to try my best.
