Hi, I am a mother of two boy's and a wife. Have a full time career and don't get time to eat and exercise right. So this is the time I need to do it for me.

I have been on many diets, but once you stop and continue with the bad habits the weight just creeps up again - so this is a new start - I need to try and lose this weight before XMas in South Africa!!!
