Being told by my doctor I was heading for diabetes & had dangerous visceral fat , and my husband of 39yrs leaving because I was fat & unattractive now.
I researched & wanted to do it slowly & safely and make a lifestyle change not just “diet”
I’ve lost 39.5kg and have another 7kg to hit my goal weight
