Hello everyone, I am Stephanie. I just turned fifty, and after 28 years of serving,I developed arthritis in both knees and was told today I am working with bone and bone and need knee replacements after I hit my goal weight. It has been a lot to take in however I am hitting the pavement and joining the Y for water aerobics classes my doctor recommended and giving this all I got because I would rather not do weight loss surgery. So here I am :-)
