162cm, 34 years old, 1700-2000 calories per day. Currently reverse dieting to find true maintenance calories. 16:8 IF most days. Minimum 2 Liters water per day.

Currently recovering from a long term running hip injury (Osteitis Pubis). I can't walk for longer than 10 minutes without causing pain & inflammation. So no more running ever for me. I'm also born with rheumatoid juvenile arthritis which still flares up. I also suffer from severe depression & anxiety.

- Strength training at home 4-5 times a week. (Barbell - no rack. Dumbbells & Resistance bands)
- 45mins LISS cardio on spin bike, 1 x a week, just before breaking 16:8 fast.

Some days I'm very sedentary due to hip pain or crippling depression. I also spend a lot of time in front of the computer.
