Hey all,

I used to do a lot of sports and then, with the years, the kids (3) and the job I realized that I was slacking and my body showed it. I've been looking around about nutrition and exercise for a while and now is time to act. I would love to go back to a good looking (and healthy) 185 lbs and I feel that keeping track and being accountable for what I eat will help me in keeping straight.

EDIT (somewhere in the end of 2015): Officially changed my goal to 175 lbs that would be a good ratio according to BMI calculations and I feel like I could get to that goal. Then, I'll just have to maintain.

EDIT (2017) : Changed the goal weight as it seems to be impossible to get to 175, so might as well put in a reachable goal. Then 180 it is, when I get there, I'll decide where I go from there.

EDIT (05/2019) : In Jan-Feb, adopted a low carbs diet, had quite a bit of success, then from March, went to intermittent fasting (while keeping mostly low carbs) and the results are unbelievable!!!

EDIT (06/2019) : Still doing IF, and it's working so well, that I've decided to up the bar a bit. I'm now going for 175 lbs. I hope to reach it by end of 2019, early 2020.
