I'm a 44-year old single mother to 7-year old twins. Their father mentally and emotionally abused me for years, but I managed to escape him three years ago. Due to what he put me through (and a twin pregnancy) I put on an enormous amount of weight. I have decided it's time to pull my life together again and get rid of the fat!
