Hello

Well not very good at talking about myself, I will give it a try. I am a Paramedic in Southern California, and been bouncing around in weight for several years in an unhealthy way. Have started several programs and not followed through. This time it is going to be diffrent.

I take care of others for a living and have decided it is now definetly time to take care of myself.
