In the last for 4 years I gained 20kg/44lb! I guess because of my very unsteady lifestyle, due to my work (airport employee). I'm 28 years old and happily married.
I decided in mid march 2009 to get back in control and signed up at fatsecret.com, found site via facebook.
With this site and my iron will I hope to get back into my old healthy habits.
