I am 40 years old, a wife and mother and full time worker. Life is busy and finding time to focus on myself and my weight loss seems to always be on the back burner. So here I am taking the time to focus on me and my weight loss and becoming and overall healthier person. I have an amazing supportive husband who is working right beside me and encouraging me to reach my goals. My 3 amazing daughters are who I also want to be a positive example for, I never want them to feel or have a negative self imagine and if I can lead the way that an active healthy lifestyle is the way to go, then here I go!
