Hey y'all I"m 47 and want to look fantastic by 50 my current weight is 150 want to get to my before children and quit smoking weight of 105 started taking walks (5miles a day)though i need to stick with it and started exercising i like Zuzka Lights bunny slope work outs on you tube and even those are killing me right now i don't think I've ever been this out of shape before which is really disheartening but i guess that's what happens when you sit on your arse I'm also trying out the keto diet using the intermittent fasting and doing the 1 meal a day thing actually lost 20 lbs doing that and plan on doing it as a lifestyle change. anyway that's about it for now later
