I'am a step-mom to 3 adult children and a step-grandma to 2 young ones. I'm 45 and decided 7 1/2 mos. ago to take it upon myself to start losing weight again. First time I lost weight it was 19yrs ago and 26; so my body conformed alot easier then to losing weight, then it does now(LOL). My husband just finished his Associate's Degree and in the progress of getting his Bachelor's. We are moving back to Denver this summer, will be able to get out and have some freedom. I'am looking for other's that might be going through weight loss again or at a later time in life; though I do not discriminate weight loss is not easy at any age! Needing all the help and understanding I can get and I will always return the favor. :D
