I have struggled with sudden weight gain after medications. Injury to my arms has kept me from being active and the meds they put me on have me going up in weight. Keeping strong in my soul with the help of Jesus Christ. Without my faith, I would be lost. Chronic pain is my new normal. You don't realize how much you use your hands until it becomes painfully obvious... literally. Thank you to all who have helped me with my struggle.
