I am 51, married, with three adult children. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic with high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol. Finally got tired of the run down feeling. Booked a cruise for our anniversary in June and I want to be in better shape. Changed my eating habits and started exercising and it's making a difference.
