I am 46 years old. I have been struggling with my weight since I was 13 years old.First it was only 15 lbs then 25 then 45, now at 80 lbs overweight.
I am a nurse and work at a desk job. I have three children two grown and gone and one 11 years old still at home. I have a 4 1/2 year old grandson. I want to live to see and participate in all good things to come in there lives. I start that here.

Goal # 1= Will be back in my jeans(no size mentioned but largest i have.)
Goal # 2= Will be under 200lbs
Goal # 3= Will be able to jog half of my walk
Goal # 4= Will be back into size 14 jeans
Goal # 5= Will be at 180lb
Goal # 6= Will have lower BMI and not Considered "OBESE"
Goal # 7= Will no longer need blood pressure medication.
Goal # 8= Will be at goal weight
Goal # 9= Will be able to jog instead of walk for 3 miles
Goal # 10= Will maintain my goal weight and continue this lifestyle.
