I am a 29 year old mum of two, having gained a few pounds. I find it difficult to get rid of them, especially after giving birth to my second baby. I donnow how to control my intake. This is why I will try to write down everything i eat, so i see where i gain most of my calories from! All tips are welcome... When i want to eat, then nothing stops me :(.
