Switched from Low carb moderate protein to High carb low fat (plant based/vegan), because after doing a month experimentally HCLF and going back to low carb to lose 16lbs that I had gained in November, I found out MEAT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE CRAP! I can't even stand the smell of it cooking half the time anymore.
I leave for Tokyo next Monday.
26 year old mom of 2, finally motivated to get busy and finish my journey within the next year.
Summer isn't too bad. It's the holidays that really kill my progression.
I'm hoping that if I can get to the end-goal that I won't gain it back like I did 4 years ago when I got back to my pre-baby weight. But that's the reason I focus on it as a lifestyle change as an overall view instead of only dieting, so I don't gain it back this time around, and so I don't give up halfway there like last time.
