I am a mother of two (11 year old girl & 5 year old boy). Before the kids I was a 110 pound healthy fit person and now, after the second was born over 5 years ago, a flubber butt. :-) No seriously, I am back in my routine again and I exercise 6 days out of the week and follow my own diet that is a mixture of Flat Belly Diet, Vegetarian and Weight Watchers. I still have around 35 pounds to go to get to my goal weight and the way I am going I will meet that soon. However, I would like to meet it by April 1, 2011. I am about to start courses on becoming a Personal Trainer and I am so excited to be in that profession. I already work in the medical field and I can't wait to expand my knowledge. A little more about me. I love to cook and entertain with dinner parties for people at my house. I give my heart to 2 charities each year. I have tattoos and listen to all types music. I love all of the seasons but unfortunately here in Texas we have Hot and Hotter. I love Football, Baseball and Mixed Martial Arts fighting.
