Little To No Cravings
I actually walked passed those really delicious cookies in the campus cafeteria and didn't feel the need to buy any. That means I could have been doing it all along. I can eat a cookie/piece of cake if it is there, but I don't actively seek them out anymore.

Lost two pounds since my last weigh-in, that' without a whole lot of exercise and simply staying within the calorie limit. I'm going to try and start exercising more throughout the week when I can, maybe cut back on my pop tarts and start eating the grapes my mom bought as (treats).

How Specific?
Am I the only one who worries that I'm not being specific enough with my food intake? I mean obviously not everyone is going around measuring their food with scales and rulers and cups in public, but you are trying to be accurate? Or am I stressing myself out over nothing?

Cheated
I mean, eating McDonald's is bad, but I'm still under my RDI for today. Even if I have leftovers from Yesterdays dinner I'll still be doing good. I'll also try and get on the elliptical or maybe find a workout to do online.
