I am headed on a four-day work trip this weekend, and I’m hoping I can keep my calories reasonable and under control! 😩😬

Week 2 of calorie counting in the books. The 1st week I was down 2.6lbs, this week only down .2 lbs. Isn’t as much as I’d hoped, but still something. Feeling good and like my clothes are fitting better. I’m hoping I can start implementing a workout routine as well. Trying to look at the long run and not just the weekly loss numbers.

Hi everyone! I am a newbie calorie counter. I lost 30 lbs with diet(keto) and exercise in 2017, but over the past 2 years I have gain it all back. I have tried and failed with diets the past year trying to lose the weight, but I feel very optimistic about this journey. The app and tracking what I’m eating feels very helpful and like I can manage this as a lifestyle, not just a diet. Any tips or success stories are highly appreciated 😁
