Feeling alright today, I am getting a little hungry so I think I will eat my orange I brought with me. I am going to try to go to the gym today before dinner. :)

it's that time of the moneht and I honestly want to eat everything that is bad for me. I am working on just eating 3 meals today and not snacking in between.

Not a good weekend, but I am doing better this week! I am needing to drop this weight before summer. I want a bikini ready bod.

well I was doing okay until I woke up from a nap, I ate some chips and a few nutter butter cookies. I feel as though I will not be able to start eating better till after I get all the junk out of my house and I believe it to be true. I have a lot of junk in my house and not a lot of money to let food to go to waste. I need to just eat the junk in moderation and add more fruits and veggies into my diet. oh well. little by little i will get the junk out of the house. :) Everytime I go shopping for food I am going to only buy healthy food and no more junk food. I am hoping that making these small changes will make a big difference. I am also cutting out the fast food the best that I can, I think that this will help with my weight and with the wallet!

well today has started off badly.... working on thinking of better things to eat for dinner tonight. I am thinking soup. with nothing after dinner. I snacked a lot last night and am feeling it this morning. I ate at McDonald's this morning for breakfast and am feeling guilty even though it was yummy. I need to stay at about 1400 calories if I want to lose the weight that I want to lose. on here it will only say that I can lose about 1 lb a week and the calorie goal is to high for me to lose the weight that I want to lose. so I am trying to stay under 1450 for now and will see how that goes. I am trying to track everything that goes into my mouth and doing well so far except for my nighttime snacking. I am trying to only drink milk and water with the occasional mixed drink but no soda :) I hope that I will lose this weight soon!
