The last week have been so hectic, and every minute made its count on my life. I believe its been a week since I've logged and actually logged what I ate. Sad because the tool is available. Needless to say, I've not eaten as I should, whether I've not ate at all, or ate too much. Definitely no guilt, because regardless of logging on, I've stuck to a strict diet if I ate. My husband deployed Monday. I'm really sad and hate that my appetite suffers from emotions such as it does. I believe we control things that are possible to control, while our lives spin out of the control between the things we can't. If that makes any sense. Tomorrow, I am getting my hair done, and will wear my gym clothes. I'm going to make good decisions, and make this something worth doing.
As a female spouse, I can't compartmentalize like my husband. Each part of my life is affected. It may not make sense to him, or any other man. LOL WHO NEEDS THEM ANYWAY? Just kidding. I'm a powerful woman, and I am able to overcome this. Night secret family :|

Today my friend and I took turns taking pictures of each other. We are both aspiring photographers, and each of us treated the other like the client. It was nice to be out and walk amongst the park. Climbed a few trees and fell out of one. We really enjoyed ourselves, and felt the pain too. I told her about this website, and she would have been sold had it not been for not having the net. She's struggled with her weight all her life, while my problem recently started. Bless her heart, she's the same age, but her parents still pretty much control every aspect of her life including what gets put in the fridge. She's tried moving out, but financially she couldn't. The past year I've felt like a mom to her, but now a days I've made up my mind to be a friend instead. Its a lot to take on especially when you have other parents who confuse the poor gal. Well, night secret fam! I'm pretty tired. Tornadoes all evening. :P

I've been on an exercise regiment for about 6 weeks now. I make a goal to get 300 cals off my slate every time I hit the gym and then do other free weight excercises or swim. I've had good days and bad, but one thing is for certain, its been easier and easier and way more enjoyable the last week or two. I used to dread it and kind of linger in the car for a while before heading in. But not anymore! THAT IS A VICTORY REGARDLESS OF NUMBERS!
