I need to care I need to care I need to care
some times its like ..........eat ta house kinda feeling
was thinking of a McDonald's parfait sooooooo I went through the drive through can count one one hand ..how many times I have gone through a drive through since I started caring ,,, it was past noon and was very hungry
got a double cheese burger took off one of the buns and had a kids fir and a parfait ,,,,,,
ta da ......
any ways forgot to were my meter .....

yesterday was cleaning house my husband helping me <3 and making home made pumpkin pies with splenda any ways it was around 1:00 something and he said wish we could take a drive to Branson one of my Husbands and mine favorite places we meet down there in July 1999 .. then when we got down there he said he wanted to go to Dixe stamped ,,,,,,,, took another deep breath and said OK ,,, I'm always thinking of money .... so we had a blast ...
the food was great enough had a dogie bag unheard of its usually I eat every bit of it
Im letting gooooo and living for today <3 thanks Lord for helping me <3 and thanks for some one who Loves me <3 Im greatful <3 Love ya So Much Lord and my husband Joe B <3

been busy since I got up
Now relaxing with my husband DVD night
Praying for my FS Family that your well
Needing Prayer for my older twin Granddaughter and her daughter ( my great ) My son and his wife have no idea were shes at ,, they had gotten into an argument the night before <3 we want to know if they are safe <3
she probably went to her twins sis home <3

Steps 3527
very Tired <3 no work Friday and only 4 hours on Monday training so lots of time to have fun and clean

My walking is small 10 mins 4 times a day close to 4000 steps
walk when I get to my first school
then walk to laps at my bus barn
then another in the evening
studying fit bits to see which one is the best and affordable
knee pain is getting less .. but Im not pain free
lowered my RDI
little steps become big when we inch it away
