For the past few days I've been stuck at the same weight. It's time for mother natures monthly visit and usually I gain anywhere from 3-7 lbs so I'm hoping that I will have lost some by the end of this week. I've been struggling a lot lately not only with my weight but with emotions and just recently we have found the possible problem with our infertility and hopefully fixed it with minor outpatient surgery. Doctor says to give it about three months to start regularly trying again and so I'm trying to at least get myself down to a healthier weight before then. I have never been this heavy and it, in combination with other issues, puts me in depressive moods. I'm trying very hard to eat less food as I was eating most of my emotions and it is extremely difficult since my husband loves to eat fast food. I do cook at home as much as I can but we are on the run a lot and so his go-to is fast food. I'm definitely hoping to start our usual hikes in the local area since it is one of my favorite activities and the dogs love the wooded trails. We usually pack a lunch for this which will also prevent the fast food stops.
