Last two weeks have been a somewhat struggle. More like a yoyo thing, on the program one day off the next. I was disappointed in my lab reports concerning my cholesterol and sort of "rebelled". Today I will get back on track and have made up my mind that regardless of the reports, I am going to still try to loose the weight and eat healthy. Somethings are just hereditary and beyond my control, but those things that are within my control I will give it my best shot. The main keep is to try to be healthy.

I am so disappointed. All in all I have lost cose to 50 pounds and have exercised some (probably should do more). Well I had blood work done to test my cholesterol and it has not changed since what it was 50 pounds ago. I have to continue with trying to loose the weight. I know I am eating better than I was before I started Weight Watchers. Yes I have had a slip here and there but I get right back on track. Maybe this is what I needed to make myself exercise for at least 15 minutes a day, even if it means taking a walk around the block. Well I have until Monday before I see my doctor even though the weight is lower than the last time, I am sure she will not be too happy about the cholesterol because I know I am not.

Ok this weekend I fell off the wagon so to speak. Those foods I craved I overdid it plus had a busy schedule and just didn't plan properly. I will start the program again tomorrow (Monday) and get back on track.
