So far so good.....I am feeling pretty good about things right now and am really hoping that I get good results at my weigh in. I am using tonight as my off night from exercising..we have a hockey game to go to and I won't have time...but eating is going really well for me.
Breakfast ~ 2 egg whites and a light and fit yogurt
snack ~ orange
Lunch ~ salad w/ low fat catalina dressing
snack ~ Not sure yet, we will see what I can find
Dinner ~ rice and sauteed veggies
WATER....WATER....WATER!!!!
Sad to say that I ate some chips and cheese last night...I was hungry at the game so I took some of my hubbies, but only a few...so that is ok..hopefully!!!

Hi All! It has been WAY TO LONG since I last was on here, but I am back now and I am ready to get rid of the weight! I am sad to say that I have gained some weight back, but not as much as I thought I would! I know that I can take it off and keep it off, just need to get back on track and make it happen! I started back with Phase I yesterday, it was tough, but I did it! I just need to concentrate on me now and get all the weight off! With the holidays and the loss of my dog it has been rough and I have turned to food for comfort, but I am going to do this.....I have faith!
Yesterday was good.
Breakfast ~ I had a banana and 2 egg whites
Snack ~ yogurt
Lunch ~ salad w/ low fat catalina dressing
Snack ~ 10 pretzels (I know this isn't allowed, but I needed something and tough it wouldn't kill me)
Dinner ~ rice and sauteed veggies
Snack ~ 1/2 of an orange & 1/2 a banana.
I drank water, but not as much as I should have...so need to push more on that!
Today
Breakfast ~ grapefruit
Snack ~ banana
Lunch ~ rice and sauteed veggies
Snack ~ yogurt
Dinner ~ salad w/ low fat catalina dressing
Goal for today is to drink more water!!!!! I think so far I am doing good...I am really hoping that I can succeed with this again, I was very please with my results last time and I am striving for great ones again!

I know it has been forever, but I just needed to take some time for myself and see if I could do this with out holding myself accountable ever day of my life and I am very pleased to say that so far so good! I am still playing all kinds of ball pretty much every night of the week and every other weekend so that is pretty much my exercise. I am not exactly watching what I am eating, but I am really concentrating on my portion sizes. I am down 2 lbs since my last weigh in, I know that is not a whole lot in a couple months, but at the same time I could have completely gone the other direction and I didn't! I am very proud of myself! Hope you are all doing good and keep up the great work!

So...Day 3 and things are still going pretty ok. Have not made it to the gym, but have been playing ball and been very active with other things so that is good. Eating is going about 95%, had a couple not so good, but not so bad choices....being so busy and not having a chance to cook dinner is what is killing me. I can get it ready in advance, but when you have to hurry home, then leave right away, you just end up stopping and grabbing a bit. It was not a bad bite, it was a grilled chicken wrap..so not too bad. Other then that things are going well...I am doing what I need to do and what I can to make this work for my schedule! Day 1 so far so good...ate really well today and planning on going for a bike ride tonight if the hubby is up for it! Didn't drink as much water as I would have liked too today, but the day is still young! I pretty much only drink water so it really isn't an issue with me..I am planning on making a batch of brown ride and sauteed veggies tonight and have some left overs for my lunches..plus went grocery shopping and stocked up on fruit and veggies so that will help! I sure hope I can make it though the first phase with no issues...LOL!!! Have nothing going on tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday night have softball, nothing on Thursday night, then Friday night kick ball..yes I said kick ball. We joined a league for the summer and had our fist game last Friday night..it was a blast! Yesterday I played 5 games of softball and it was very hot so did a lot of running and sweating..this weekend we have a big tourney and will be playing both women's and coed so that will be some great exercise! I will post more later this week...wish me luck!
