On Sunday 10-7-2018 - I did another type of exercises. I hooked up my water hoses and washed down some floor mats. I do not like putting them in the washer machine afraid they will plug up the drain and cause me unnecessary repair costs. Then after that I rinsed my car which really needed it even though it is suppose to start raining here today, Tuesday, October 9th. Anyway, I got about 45 minutes of exercise i normally do not get. And I am still doing some weight lifting, going to up that to at least 3 times per week for 30 minutes to get rid of some inches.

Ok, so I must confess. Today, I splurged off of the mason jar salad for lunch. We had an Administrative Assistant appreciation lunch at work today. All is not so bad, however. The menu was very healthy and I did get small portions. A spinach salad, roll, pasta, stemmed carrots & broccoli mix, grilled chicken breast, baked sweet potato. I had lemon water instead of sweet tea and cherry and blackberry cobbler. I did get a take home tray with cobbler for my dessert tonight. I'm gonna do some weight lifting tonight to work off some of those calories. Back to Mason jar salad tomorrow and 30 minute walking on Friday and Saturday. I won't back down from this challenge! I'm determined to reach my goal of 60 pounds off.

Every Tuesday is Family Night at Sonic! My favorite special is the Cheeseburger with everything for 1/2 price. It has been tough resisting the temptation since I have fully committed myself to losing the 60 pounds. I believe now it has been 4 weeks since I last stopped by there on Tuesday nights. It's a great deal; but it is not for me just now. I admit, I have had my fair share. I will be eating my prepared salad for dinner and smoked chicken and other fruits and vegetables and much water and I also have some almond milk or apple juice.
And I did for 5-10 minutes this morning so weight lifting and I am going to do a 30 minutes walk at the gym after work and probably another round of 5-10 minutes of weight lifting. Hoping this will get rid of some inches especially around the waistline. very important also.

Another week of shopping and I did not get any sodas. I did buy 2 limes instead of lemons since lemons were .79 cents each and limes were for 2 for dollar.
I also made the Mason jar salad for another 6-7 days of lunch and dinner. I put the salad in glass Pyrex bowls since I don't have any Mason Jars. The salad stays very crisp and fresh. It is made up of lots of vegetables and I do not put boiled eggs or shredded cheese. I use fat free Italian Dressings. Counting calories add up quickly when you are only on a 1000 per day. However, of course if you exercise you burn off some, so more calories are given to you. The health tracker at www.myhealthcheck360.com is totally awesome. I love it. I am staying with uping my game by doing weight lifts at least 5-10 minutes at night or in the morning before work which ever I can find the time to do. This should tighten my muscles and help get rid of that belly fat reducing inches around the waistline which is also very important in being healthy.
