i have sciatica because i weight too much. im suppose to be 114 but im 160. Hopefully starting monday as i do Leslie Sansone workouts, my leg won't hurt as much and i lose weight. Good luck to everyone that is participating in the walk of weight challenge!

question, how come i wasn't trying to lose weight but ate healthy and i lost five pounds and this was 5 days ago, i started walking two miles and now i gained two pounds. HOw is that?

sorry i fell off the grid for a while. I started a new job that constantly has me working. Im getting use to it to where i can organize a workout schedule. it will be hard but i will stick to it, wish me luck!

Thanks to sciatica, i haven't been able to exercise. Today i did a great taebo workout. Now im going to walk. Hopefully i can burn off the calories i consumed while stuck in bed. WISH ME LUCK AND GOOD LUCK TO ALL

i have been doing tae bo for the last week. i read somewhere that you gain muscle or a little bit of weight when first starting tae bo. i don't know how true that is but i hope i have better results next week. Wish me luck!
