Good morning. I believe that a good breakfast sets our mood for the day. Today's fare is 2 medium eggs, a mix of mustard greens, corn, black beans and onions scrambled in 2 teaspoons of Olive Oil a slice of Whole Grain toast buttered and ginger/lemon tea.

Good morning all. Today's breakfast is 2 pickled eggs, 2 slices reduced calorie oatmeal bread spread with teaspoon each of butter; lemon-ginger tea made by slicing lemon/ginger bringing to a boil, letting steep for about 10 minutes, then draining.

Yes...fruit! Some may say that I eat a lot of fruit and I do! I usually eat fruit 3-4 times a week for breakfast. Everyone have a great Saturday.
