Im really see the reward for all of the hard work. Exceeded my goal weight. Im going to see if I can get under 160 lb.

Ok here are the things I did to lose weight and get back into shape.
1) Drink a gallon of water a day.
2) Drink Green Monster smoothie everyday
3) Stopped eating fast food
4) Eat yogurt everday
5) Eating some type of veggie with my lunch and dinner everday.
6) Meal prepping and cooking on Sundays for the entire week.
7) Eat avocado (at least half almost everyday)
8) Constantly research and find healthy brands of food that taste good with reasonable price to include into my diet.
9) Drink apple cider vinegar water once in the morning and once in the evening.
10) Do not eat past 7pm
11) Do Yoga and Bodyweight exercises
12) Stayed at a calorie deficit, adjusting as I lose weight and become more and more active.
13) When I have a craving for something I just eat it because Im not depriving myself. Im improving my well being without suffering. This one may be the most important thing. A diet that deprives you is one you should stay away from.
I did not start all of these things at once. I did the 1st two and was getting results and then slowly did the other things on the list to further improve myself.
If you do even a couple of these things you will see some results. Just be patient and consistent.

Ive been in maintenance for two weeks since Ive achieved my goal weight. Im learning I have to increase my calories to 2400 in order to have enough nourishment for the calories I burn doing exercise routine that I do. As I get stronger it seems Im burning more calories. I will not and have no deprived or starved myself this far. Just wanted to emphasize that you dont meed to deprive yourself in order to lose weight.

The increase difficulty in my exercising olus the addition of apple cider vinegar and avocados are really paying off. Losong weight while having to increase my calorie intake to adjust to the extra calories being burned.

Yes I have reached my goal. Im so happy. Now onto maintenance. I cant believe I did it without yet adding cardio back into my routine. Once I do that I know Ill be even better. I continue to improve my meal prep and diet. I focus on my nutrients as well as staying fit. This hard work has really payed off.
