I see a small drop, IF for 4 days. 18:6. for most part feel fine, today I felt Like giving up checked weight as I wasn't feeling my best.so with the Drop, I will continue a bit longer. maybe switch 16:8 starting tomorrow. no sugar, No Pasta :(, No Bread..... keeping carbs low?? (really don't know what number for carbs is Low) 20? 30, then I read Under 100. I don't know.Just doing the best I can and figure it out along the way. I have never done IF (intentionally) see what my weigh-in is next week at Gym, crossing my fingers. have a great weekend.

I'm still at it. think I am doing well,?? I get a weigh-in next week and that will let me know, I am doing IF now, started with 16:8 but it was so easy I Kept going and did 18:6 now this is my 3rd day of IF. I belong to a large GYM but NOT risking it there so I joined a Small gym (woman only, 10 or less at a time) and all are in my age zone. If rain ever stops and Humidity I will start taking my Beach Cruiser out a few times a day.
Before my weigh-in I am hoping to do a 24 hour fast. working on getting My Protein up, carbs down. mehhh so so, No Sugar, milk,pasta. only water and black/Green tea(s). no Honey, :( hope I am getting better at it. (baby steps). basically I am just cking in and hopefully next week will have a drop in weight.

Back at it! December and January I got very sick Cold/Flu who knows what I had. then came Covid-19 (may of may not of had it). Turned 65 in June, worried about visceral fat,fortunately I went up only between 6-8 lbs. back into 190s arghhh. I won't go to gym like onelife, too may people for my liking. so I joined a smaller setting gym a week ago.. got so excited I threw my back out..... NOT GOING TO STOP. back to recording food...setting new goals, Thanks for listening/reading, just keep on keeping on.
