Now that I'm focused on macros instead of calories, I struggle to eat enough protein AND calories, because I feel so full. I could have passed on drinking my protein shake as my last meal because I wasn't hungry per say, but I was afraid if I didn't I would have given into chocolate cravings. Otherwise I would only have consumed approximately 900 Kcals.

I'm considering flexible macro dieting. 1300 calories for weight loss would break down to approximately 130GM of Protein, < 130GM Carbohydrates, and 30Gms of Fat for fat loss... or whatever FS says it is according to percentages. 😆

I've been following Candace Cameron Burr because she's an inspiration on how she is more fit in her 40's than she was in her teens or 20's. Also because she's a Christian, wife, mother of 3, and keeps up with her career.
I'm going to take on her #1 rule: Don't eat until I'm hungry and stop when I'm satisfied. So I've been taking breakfast and lunch on the go with me.
