i have put on some more weight this past couple of month. this sucks now i got lose that weight and then alot more.

6lb in first week. The fruits of my labor are paying off. It has been surprisingly easy so far. Except the last weekend I was away on a trip and it was exceptionally hard to eat well while all my friends were eating delicious food. The way I see it if I passed that I can handle the rest of the way. I wish I can keep going at 6lbs a week. I would be done in 5 months but alas thats not realistic. I am just glad that my body is responding. I am already starting to feel better and I am starting to notice a difference in my clothe.

It turns out my scale wasn't working properly. This is how much I actually weighed before starting the diet.

Well this is my first entry. Actually I have started a few days ago. I am starting to feel hungry now which is a good sign. I try not to let myself feel really hungry. I am also having a much easier time with dieting now than in my previous tries. My mother seems to be doing everything in her power to help. I am lucky enough to be living at home and have somebody cooking for me. I have actually tried doing this before 4 years ago lost 40 pounds but that was right after high school. Th problem was that my freshman 15 turned into the freshman 50. I have tried several times in the past few years to go on a diet again but most of the time I never really felt like I needed to lose weight. Lately though I think I am finally getting motivated to do it. I am starting to dislike the way I look and I feel uncomfortable with how heavy I am. I am trying to also be more active and get off the couch. Work doesn't really help given that I work an office job and I am worried that I go back to school in September that I might slip back into my old habits. I was looking for somewhere for support and a place to talk to fellow dieters. I believe in strength in numbers and I am hoping to find a weight loss buddy. Kind of like an AA buddy to talk to and bounce ideas off him. If any one is interested please let me know.
