Today I would like to take a minute to thank the people that have commented on my journals and offered advice and suggestions.
I have never participated on a website before and I feel really lucky to have found this site! We all have a common goal, which is to feel better and look better (for some) :-)
It's a life long process and journey...which I am glad to take with all of you!
On another subject....I am down another couple pounds thanks to the advice of some members. Although you think that the Atkins products (especially those labeled for Phase 1) would be fine to eat, it appears that in my case they were hindering my weight loss.
So, I will hold them aside and go back to them when the goal has been reached for a nice treat. Until then, it's veggies and more veggies for this gal!

SAD ANGRY CONFUSED DISCOURAGED
What else can I say? I've been following my diet religiously. No Sugar. No Wheat/Grains. No Fruit. NO WINE. NO POUNDS LOST...Actually I gained 3 pounds. I just don't understand.
My family says it is that I am not eating enough food, but based on my food journal, I think that I am.
I know I need to step it up with the excercise so today I will start the 30 day Squat Challenge. Fingers crossed that it will help.
I do still feel good. I feel lighter, and some clothes are fitting better. I don't feel like I have gut overhang on my pants and I have more energy and definately do not feel that bloaty sluggish feeling that I was feeling.
Perhaps the numbers on the scale are in fact just numbers and the real results are in the way you feel? Well, I'd still like to see the numbers moving in the right direction damn it!
