Dietitian's scale weighted me 2.7 lbs less, I'll take it...I've been averaging about 2lb a week since June. I'm not trying to do this fast n furious...I just want a steady consistent lost, something I can work with day by day. 💁 So what if it fluctuates...that's life.

Got home late last night from vacation n I knew this morning I would have to face the truth, good 😊 or bad 😞. Mr Scale didn't lie. I go back to the dietitian end of next week so I need to get it back on track n I know I can do this. One day at a time & breathe 💁

BP 131/61 looking good considering I've been on vacation in VA since last Friday. Had a lot of sodium, hoping I don't gain too much while away...heading back home Thursday afternoon. Trying to keep everything in check n that includes the "goodies" or the "no no's" 🙏😉

BP 118/57 Sugar 111 #'s r good 😀 Dr appt today, no changes in meds...just additions, not enough vitamin D. She told me to keep losing the weight n I'm working at it. It's a slow process but it didn't just jump on me overnight either. Tomorrow is another day 💁
