Well Happy Monday to you!!
I hope everyone had a lovely Sunday and were able to stay focused.
I did well. I went to the beach yesterday with my dad and brothers. Some of them went and picked up Subway for dinner. One of my brothers brought lox, bagels, and cream cheese (my favorite) and there were cakes and treats as well. I didn't partake, just stuck to my chicken and bell peppers that I had brought. I wasn't even feeling sad that I was missing out, just felt so good that I was able to be focused.
Today I did get on the treadmill for a half hour. It was a nice quick walk. I would have done more but I am trying to keep my calorie differencial (the number on the right of the diet calendar) between 900-1100. Doing this means keeping my carbs at 20, keeping my fat at 70%, and keeping my calorie diff. at 900-1100. A bit of a challenge but it is working for me right now. So in doing this, my exercise is determined by me food intake or vice versa....
