Kept calorie intake to under 1600 today which is great but al I ate was junk like nacho chips and cheese and Vachon strawberry logs and chocolate. What took me two weeks to lose I probably gained back just today. I need to plan ahead so I don’t just eat a bunch of junk.

Not sure if counting carbs is better or counting calories is better. I read the pros and cons of both. I think I will try and stay under 100-125 carbs a day and 1500 calories and see if that works out. Anyone else have a “method” they are using? I should add Keto does not work for me because I have zero energy on it because I don’t like meat and get tired of eating eggs all the time. Not realistic for me.

I started at 177.5 but just discovered this app. Not sure how it really works as I can’t alerted most of the food I eat but it is inspiring seeing what everyone else posts.

I know I need to make better food choices so I can lose weight and in general just be healthier but I feel as though I’m addicted to fast food and it makes me happy. It’s so hard making changes. Especially when I feel as though I am being punished. Not a good feeling at all.
