So reporting both eating and exercise activities.
Today didn't fight the water bottle , but I find myself really thirsty (even though I had 2 liters of water today) after an insane amount of protein(100 grams plus). Long live the fish.
MY daily activity apart from lazing around in the office is 15 minutes of Yoga and some Pilates.
I do the following:
20 squats
20 lunges
30 seconds plank
20 crunches
50 leg windmills
20 hip raise
20 lunge kicks
20 knee swings

My regular Yoga routine includes the following:
SHivasana(yes lazy I know)
Tadasana
Uttadasana
Child pose
Down Dog
Tree Pose
Warrior pose
Triangle pose and some others.

If you have any better suggestion when it comes to exercise or asanas please let me know. I'll check my weight in 4 weeks from now on(my scale if broken , so I need to go to some place outside), I hope it will be a nice surprise after eating this much protein, dieting, drinking water and exercise. i really hope because I'm puuting effort in this and looking forward for nice output.

I was simply shaking today and shivering. Then I had some sweets and got back on track.I'm fighting with the water bottle and doing my best to drink those 8 glasses /day.

in the quest of being healthier I decided to have more protein and here I am having shakes. It works someway means I have slightly more energy than before.
Weightloss is hard to say because it's not bee a long time enough to assess it.

Ive been doing Yoga on and off this year. I guess the best benefit was making m mind more stable on top of getting rid of some kilos(I don't remember how much i had when I started-66 I guess and I'm now around 59 and 8 or 9 months down the line.

These days I have 3 personal challenges:
-continue drinking shakes for the following 4 months
-15 minutes of exercise /day to keep out backpains and edema
-dinking enough water.

The rewards will be spending some time in a SPA resort at the end of the week with massage and steam.
