Week 4 weigh in and results!
As most of you know I went old school this week which means I cut back my carbs to about 5 a day instead of 20. And the results are in, and I am happy. I was right when I said I have a low carb tolerance, If you are having alot of trouble cut your veggies back and see if it helps.
Start weight 230 Today 210 20 pounds down Wahoo!!!!!
week 1 ---11 pounds lost
week 2 ---4 pounds lost
week 3----2 pounds lost
week 4--- 3 pounds lost
measurement inches lost since the start is 29 inches
Arms- 2 inches
chest- 4 inches
waist- 12 inches
hips- 8 inches
legs- 3 inches
I am still hoping for 25 pounds for the first month which will be friday. Congrats to all my friends who passed me up, and yes I am jealous! Have A great carbfree week!

Welcome to the Mardi Gras! Day 23 take my journey with me!
Day 23 start weight 230 this monday 213 17 pounds lost
Welcome to the Mardi Gras! It is that time a year for me again. Parades every weekend, king cakes, and parties everywhere. My one temptation is the king cake, it is like a giant honey bun of happiness but with more sugar.....lol.......Oh how I am going to miss you this year. I don't think there is a low carb recipe that could take your place. Well the good side is since I can eat you I cannot get the baby which means i don't have to buy the next one......Bye beautiful dessert!
All kidding a side, I really will have to be brave to not eat a single piece this year. It is like they barricade the doors at the supermarket with them. I could even smell them when I walked in to the gas station. That's addiction!!!
Now that Mardi gras time is here we will be spending our weekends camped on the side of the road to catch them penny beads that make my kids so happy. I going to atkins it, buy putting the grill on the parade route and try to fend off the hungry beggars that will smell my cook'in. Only 35 days left to suffer through king cake season and you thought you needed to cheat, this is torture......lol...........
Today I had leftover hamburger steak and coffee (I was out of eggs) for breakfast, had alligator sausage and a plate of crab ragoon stuffing, for lunch and for dinner creole style baked chicken and a salad.
My exercise today was 1 hour on my pedals from walmart, and 30 minutes on the eliptical.
