Today is the feasting day of my new regimine. I ate 3 meals and 3500+ calories today. It also marks the second day of rest following my weight training session. I have been sore all day because I am just now returning to the gym following a 10 year long hiatus. My total weight loss has been 57 lbs at my lightest weight with Keto, IF, and zero exercise. My goal weight is 205, but I want to achieve sub 10% body fat. I will not be eating for the next 48 hours and I will be lifting weights in a fasted state about 20 hours from now. I am very excited to document my progress over the next few months. My plan is to cycling the following 3 days:
Day 1 Feast 3 meals Keto 3000+ calories and rest.
Day 2 Fast with Zero calories and evening weight training.
Day 3 OMAD with evening meal Keto 2000 calories and rest.
I expect to maintain a calorie deficit over the 3 day cycle with a 48 hour fast. I should see a drastic cut over the next few weeks by utilizing increased HGH levels to stimulate fat metabolism and stimulate autophagy with the fasted workout. Refeeding will be focused on high quality nutrient dense Keto friendly foods, and any carbohydrates I consume will be from vegetables. Here is to a fresh healthy restart to my life and the new year! Finishing up my 48 hour fast and I'm about to refeed. I am trying to begin a routine in the gym as of yesterday. I'm thinking about a cycle involving a feast, 48 hour fast with a short weight session at about 20 hours in, followed by a refeeding and then a resting feast day. It would be a 4 day rotation in total.
