Swam another two miles yesterday evening. It took 1 hr 2 minutes. 100% juicing is in its 4th day. I'll see tomorrow if I want to stretch it 10 days in lieu of 5. I've been pretty focused on this. Excercise tonight will be surfing for a couple hours. Papaya, Coconut, Pineapple smoothie for dinner tonite.

Today will be day 3 of 100% juicing. I also had a tblspn of coconut oil before bed. 7 1/2 lbs drop. Usually the 2nd day is the toughest but it went well. I weigh myself first thing in the A.M. after going to the bathroom. I've continued my daily workouts. Last night was weights for 20 minute, stationary bike @ 21 MPH for 30 minutes @ 80% HR. Then a 2.25 mile walk @ 3.5 MPH, @ 37 minutes. Made myself do all the towels in the laundry & fold them. Then a good 8 hrs sleep. I will continue my juicing through Friday, but have also been thinking of doing it for 10 days in lieu of 5. We'll see. I'm on a good roll!

First day (24 hr period) of 100% juicing. Also swam 2 miles last night. It will be interesting to see where I'm at on Friday. I doubt it be as drastic as today's weigh in.

Going to juice 100% this week. The girls are all gone on vacation so it should be easier to do. will hit the gym every night and get to bed early. We'll see how this changes things. I was 208 this morning after my morning duty.

Swimming 3 days in a row has helped. I've swam 5 miles in the last 3 days. Might do another mile tonite. Last night was 2 miles in one hour. 60% of my caloric intake the last 3 days has been juice. Next week I will try to do a juice fast for 4 or 5 days, starting on Monday.
