I'm back! I got sick and tired of dieting so I took a month off to enjoy unrestricted eating. I ate all the things I had been denying my self and it felt so good. Now I am ready to resume my food plan and take control again. I am eating lots of salads and low carb things. Would you believe I got hungry for low carb? Today is day 1....again!

uh,oh-Its that darn weekend again! It is always a challenge to keep on track and not get ambushed by cravings and someone else's food. I will get some exercise today, because we are going to Silver Dollar City. Fortunately the food stands aren't open and the other eating places are too expensive. Now if I can just get past that cinnamon roll shop on the way without caving I will be delighted.
We got some tomatoes at the farmers market and along with the zero carb bread and some bacon. I managed to stay below my CLL. I am leaning toward having another BLT tonight. It is good to stay busy and keep my mind off food. Sometimes all I can think of is what I am going to eat my next meal:(

I thought I was doing pretty good but the scale let me down. However I have nothing to feel guilty about I will just keep trying.

Weekend is here and to say I am sick of my own cooking is an under statement! Nothing looks or sounds good if I have to make it myself. Last night I tried to make boneless skinless chicken breast cooked with chunked up cabbage. It was awful, the chicken breast was tough and the cabbage could have cooked a little longer. I was just trying to be creative!

finally lost almost a pound! It is a great feeling to see the scale go down even if it is less than a pound. I have been trying for sure and logging every bite even if it is off my plan.
