Welp..today is weigh in day~ I am excited! Feel like the scale will show me what I wanna see. Gonna stop my momma's this afternoon to weigh in. Have a great day everyone!

feeling pretty good today. not feeling too hungry. I am now getting to the point that I need to workout. I just feel better when I do..getting my "sassy" back too. was sore from the squats and crunches last night but i know if I keep this up i will see some progress soon. well, housework needs to be done. just got home. need to stay busy or will get bored and WANT to eat! Keep it up Buddies..a day at a time.
I leave you all today with this...I heard it from my client. "Success is steady progress toward one's personal goals."

Yum....I LOVE MY homemade cappuccino...coffee and hot chocolate mix...thinking about changing to sugar free hot choc mix to put in it...less calories then my fav from biggby...day 5...still pumped about loosing weight..by this time I would be fed up and say "I will start next week" u know what...that is not in my head! I went right to bed last night..got hungry and ate a GRAPEFRUIT and not a sandwich..did not do my squat and crunches for the challenge but stuck with my schedule..GOTTA do them today...can't let my team down! off to work...Have a great day buddies!! stay strong...WE CAN DO THIS!!

those damn Mc'Donald's breakfast burrito's get me everytime...still doing good. worked out for 1 hour and 20 min. brisk walk. crunches and squats for the challenge tonite!!I am going to do this...gotta keep the negative away...keep the positive. I found out something...everything needs to stay balanced. if you take away the foods u love...you WILL binge and gain everything back. I am going to stay in moderation, keep working out, watch my calories, after all...when I reach my goal weight....I will eat the foods I love...only smaller portions ;D
