Day 4 and things are still going really good. Eating is great, exercise is going great and according to the Wii Fit I am down another 2.2 lbs. I am not recording an actually weight until I weigh in on day 10, but I am so EXCITED!!!! I feel really good about things again and can't wait to actually weigh in! I am keeping my fingers crossed that I make it through the weekend...my hubby is playing softball all weekend and that makes it had to stay on track with eating, but I am going to do my dardest to make it happen!! If I can make it through the weekend with our screwing up I should have a pretty good weigh in! WISH ME LUCK!
Breakfast~Peach Yogurt
Snack~6oz Smoothie
Lunch~Brown Rice and Sauteed Veggies
Snack~peas
Dinner~salad with low fat catalina dressing

Day 3 of detox and things are going great! Only thing that I am questioning right now is the fact that I am eating only about 700 calories a day and I think that is just not enough, but I am full, so not sure! Did great yesterday on eating and exercise with the exception of the tootsie roll I had, but oh well, needed sugar! :-) I am really pushing myself this time around to see if I can actually do it..we will see what happens on day 10!

Snack~6oz smoothie
Lunch~brown rice and sauteed veggies
Snack~veggies
Dinner~Salad
Don't have a lot of time tonight, but going to try to fit in the Wii for a little exercise and going to go to the gym at lunch hopefully! Wishing you all the best of luck!

Day 2 of Detox and things are going great! I need to start recording my food's but just don't have a lot of time. I played volleyball last night so that was my exercise..I ate GREAT yesterday and am pushing to do so again today. I am also going to the gym at lunch...yah for me!!! Then tonight have another volleyball game and will try to get on the Wii before hand. Plugging along and hope that I get some good results after my 9 days, I weighed in this morning but won't again until my 9th day is up! Wish me luck!

Lunch~salad w/ 1 tsp of fat free dressing
Snack~peas
Dinner~not sure yet, but I think I will make me some brown rice and sauteed veggies

Today is my official Day 1 of Detox! I am going to start fresh with eating, get my exercise in and kick this in the butt! I have been doing ok, but I think if I do it 100% right I will get this last flippen 10 lbs off and reach my goal. According to the Wii Fit I need to lose 20+ lbs to be at the right weight for my height, but I am not sure how I will look with losing another 20 lbs, so we will see...I want to be healthy, but also look healthy. I once weighed about 135 and I looked sick, everyone thought I was on drugs so we will see what happens. Once I hit my goal of 145 I am going to concentrate on toning and get my butt looking good! So I guess wish me luck, so far so good with day 1, but it is very early! LOL!

OK have a question to start off...what do you guys suggest that I record when I record my exercise for the Wii? I recorded it as something to do with home exercise, but only burned like 300 calories and I am sure that I did more then that, anyhow, I pushed myself last night and I think I did great! I did the Wii fit for 1:11....I kicked booty on a lot of the challenges and I have opened pretty much all the exercises..now I need to work on increasing my reps. I was down on both my BMI and my weight, not a lot, but it is going down and that makes me very proud of myself! I did pretty good on eating with the exception of dinner, I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat..I know that is bad, but oh well I guess. I guess I am just on a mission to get this weight off and keep it off! Eating is going to be tough today as I have a meeting to go to at 11:00, they will provide lunch and it is a buffet of sandwich stuff, so I will do my best, I hope that there is salad, veggie or fruit so that I can stick with it. Then after work we are going to a retirement party for a co-worker, so not sure how dinner will go...but I am going to push myself to be good and not over due it!! Wishing you all the best!
